Anyone can make a referral to TYKES. If you think a young person, who has a caring role, would benefit from the services TYKES provides, please complete the referral form below and return it to our email address.

This referral will then be assessed by our team of Fieldworkers to determine whether TYKES is the correct support for the young person and their family.
